Who we are:

James Cullen, Co-Owner/General Contractor

James has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry including project management and estimating for a multi-million dollar commercial plumbing company. He currently holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor license, a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter license, and is a Master Carpenter.

James launched and operated Eastern Plumbing & Heating Inc., a successful commercial plumbing and heating corporation for 13 years. His experience also includes renovations, remodeling, additions, and new home construction. James’ passion for the construction industry and knowledge of all the mechanical trades only strengthens his standard to deliver high quality projects.

Gene Vitale, Co-Owner/Sales & Marketing

Gene has over 25 years in sales and marketing experience and holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance & High Technology from Northeastern University. Gene has extensive customer service training experience and has taken leadership roles in developing and administering customer service models that focus on high levels of client satisfaction by delivering clear and concise client expectations, prompt problem resolution, and detailed follow up communication.
